The space
Bayview is a unique experience. It’s a funky, older hotel that was converted to condos in the very best location in National City. The unit is a basic two-bedroom but has been upgraded to one of the very nicest units in the complex. It’s a very colorful space and without a lot of clutter. Everything is either new or very well maintained. Both beds have delux, comfortable mattresses so you’ll sleep well here. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and more. The bathroom has been completely remodled and has a wonderful rainshower to wash off your daily stress. There is a stackable washer & dryer near the restroom. But what really makes this space stand out is the phenomial views. You’ll see sunsets over the Pacific and sunrises over the mountains to the east as well as city lights and a bird-eye view the the happenings in dowtown National City. You also have a view of downtown San Diego. It’s wonderful!

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION BEFORE REQUESTING TO BOOK:
We require a government ID for every guest that stays in the unit. Some of the background checks we use include criminal, eviction, sex offender, and employment.
List the full name and ages of all guests in your booking request.
This is an upgraded, unique dwelling that requires greater care than standard homes. We are very strict on our rules:
• No-Smoking
• No Parties
• Be Quiet after 9:00 PM
• No Eating in the Bedroom
• No Guests Without Prior Approval
Guest Policy: We must approve of any overnight guests that are not listed on the initial booking request. If approved, the guest will need to provide ID.
You are responsible for any damage to the dwelling or property within.
If you violate any of these rules, you are subject to eviction.
Our housecleaner may come up to once a week to clean and check on the unit. The host comes to visit not less than once a month and is available almost any time if needed. We require that you allow access for these individuals on their regular visits.
We ask that you treat our home gently, the same way you would treat your own. Please keep it clean as much as possible. Thank you!
